The best hotel I ever visited before so far. All good — I loved this boutique style property — the food was freshly made and the staff were attentive. Arashiyama district was worth exploring. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a personal safe, an electronic key card and a TV set in the room...

The staff was very helpful and the location was premier - altogether a quite comfortable experience. My standard capsule was unique, had a perfect bed. Breakfast was generous - lots of food and hot drinks. The service was amazing here. You could walk to shops and a market. Close to the train station, very convenient.

the hotel is picturesque, immaculately clean, has lovely location and staff. need to add that there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like sasaya, located within 5 minutes walk or so.

The room was calm, convenient decor, plus the staff was ACCOMMODATING. The bed was spacious and it was great having an individual safe, an electronic key card and a TV. They made my stay wonderful. Favourable location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a storied Shinto shrine. And it was nearby a railway station.
